JOURNEY TO BACOLOD CITY - PART 2

HELLO! HELLO! HELLO! Well, vacation is over and now I am back in the hippest desert country of the United Arab Emirates. I have been living here for almost 3 years but still I never get used to how the weather can get so hot during summer and how the water trickling from the shower may reach boiling point at times. Haha! Enough of the UAE stuff! Time to get on with part 2 of my journey to Bacolod CITY! I bet you want to know more. So I arrived in Manila at past 12:00pm and the grueling 8 hour trip really took its toll 'cause hunger and exhaustion definitely sunk in. Evidence shown below. (LOL) Nevertheless, I decided to just move on and head towards my next flight bound for Bacolod City which is at 2:30pm and flight will take approximately 1hr and 10 min from Manila. I thought to myself, I should arrive hungry so I can binge in so many great food I will be having in BACOLOD CITY (Ilonggos are actually known great cooks) . source:wikipedia After wait

JOURNEY TO BACOLOD CITY - PART 1

HELLO! HELLO! HELLO! I know I was supposed to start writing for this blog a long time ago but I got busy with a lot of things and I could not find time to write sensible things worthy of your time.  Fret no more cos I am back in the game and ready to share some thoughts.  What better way to start this blog by sharing my trip to BACOLOD CITY. Yes, I have been to the City of Smiles!!! (link goes to a trusted travel blog, no relation whatsoever!) My journey starts from Sharjah where I booked a cab at around 8:00pm to catch up with my flight by 11:10pm at Dubai Airport. The travel was smoothsailing cos I was heading to the opposite side of traffic.  (we all know that at night, it is the Dubai-Sharjah route that is experiencing bottlenecks) .   Upon alighting from the cab, I paid the cab driver the fare but he said I don't have to pay cos since I am going on vacation and I might not have enough cash so I  can just pay him in the future instead. What an act of kindness

I AM HERE!!!!

FINALLY! After careful thinking, I decided to start 2018 with my own blog. For a long time, I was worried that I might start something that I am incapable of updating but, 2017 has been a roller coaster ride and I expect 2018 to be the same.  I want to take you along with me in this future roller coaster ride in 2018 and beyond and what better way for me to do that than having a blog to update you all. If you ask me what you will expect with my blog, well I would say it would be just about anything for now;my life ( I could get really personal if I want to ), my ideas ( something new I might discover/learn that I want to share with you all ) or reviews of things ( I could get very critical sometimes, lol ). Please look forward with my new posts and I promise to bring fresh contents weekly.  SEE YOU IN 2018!
